Kaitlyn grew up in Bellingham, WA. She studied Nonprofit Leadership & Management at Arizona State University. She never imagined she would work at a church, but God had other plans. Equipped with a crystal clear vision of her calling, she is a dynamic pastor, actively restoring broken church systems and empowering youth to lead us in a revolution of hope. She is a huge fan of iced coffee, chips, snowboarding, and Jesus.

Kaitlyn is a high-capacity leader who can show up in spaces that make others uncomfortable. Her philosophy of ministry is that we can’t outsource discipleship. If we want to see the next generation flourish in the Church, we have to meet them right where they are, especially if they aren’t showing up at Church.

Kaitlyn pastors youth and their parents, co-leads the NowGen Bootcamp to equip female students in leadership and preaching, coaches student sports in her community, and travels the world on mission for Jesus.
