Pastor. Preacher. Hope dealer.
Kaitlyn has been in Youth Ministry since she graduated from college. She is all in for equipping, launching, and cheering on the future of the church. Equipped with a crystal clear vision of her calling, she is a dynamic leader, actively restoring broken church systems and empowering youth to lead the way.
You know what the next generation needs?
A Hope Riot.
The disruption of despair in expectation for a future of flourishing.
Kaitlyn lives by this vision of a hope riot and actively seeks to see it become a contagious reality through the discipleship of young leaders.
She has preached hundreds of sermons to youth audiences and loves drawing in students from the fringes with the stories of Scripture. She has created sermon series on social justice, racial reconciliation, and anxiety/depression. She actively works to partner with parents, equipping them to disciple their students in this way.
Kaitlyn believes hope is in real-time, and she helps parents and youth discover it and catalyze it now.
Adventure. Coffee. Teenagers. Justice. Creating safe spaces for all to belong.
Kaitlyn co-leads a leadership initiative for teen girls called the NowGen Bootcamp. It includes a 5-day in-person experience for female students from the U.S. and Canada to grow their faith identity, leadership, and communication skills. Following the camp, there are six months of online coaching and mentoring. Kaitlyn is passionate about equipping teenagers to raise their voices for change through the Good News of the Gospel. They are the revolution that will bring joy, justice, peace, and strength to our churches, businesses, and futures.
